Hi! I’m Jordan Spencer
— husband, dad, entrepreneur, accidental author, and full-time faith-walker. I grew up in Louisiana, fell in love with food and people along the way, and I’ve been chasing purpose ever since.
I’m the kind of guy who signs up for way too much, laughs at dad jokes, and gets choked up talking about God’s goodness — especially when life doesn’t go as planned.
My wife Megan and I have walked through some heavy seasons, including her diagnosis with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. That didn’t wreck us — it refined us. I wrote about that journey in We Have a Lot to Talk About… It’s Cancer — part journal, part survival guide, part love letter. That season taught me more about surrender, grit, and grace than I ever learned in school.
Recently, our family was hit again when our daughter, Kinley, was diagnosed with a rare cancer called DSRCT (Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor). It’s the kind of news that takes the wind out of you — but I’ve made a choice every day to turn evil into good, to use pain as purpose, and to keep trusting that God is writing a story even in the middle of the storm.
These days, we’re raising Kinley and her brother Cohen in South Louisiana, doing our best to keep the main things the main things: faith, family, and loving people well.
At the end of the day, I’m passionate about helping people live with hope. Whether it’s through good food, honest storytelling, or showing up when life feels impossible — I believe in pointing people back to truth, love, and the God who still moves mountains.

Join me as I explore themes of faith, family, and personal growth. I also share insights from my experiences as an author, with my book available on Amazon. I plan to write more about our journey, aiming to provide encouragement and hope to those who need it most. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me.
